A hunt master of the Vale of White Horse Hunt and two landowners have been charged with Hunting Act offences. The hunt master has been charged under S1 Hunting Act 2004 and the two landowners have each been charged under S1 and S3 Hunting Act 2004. The alleged offences took place earlier in the year on 05/01/2022.
