The huntsman of the Puckeridge Hunt have been cleared of an offence under the 2004 Hunting Act.
Arun Squire, 31, was found not guilty following a trial at Stevenage Magistrates Court today. Squire had been charged with hunting a wild mammal with a dog, contrary to S1 Hunting Act 2004.
The charge was in relation to the hunt’s delayed Boxing Day meet that took place 27th December 2021.
