A member of the Middleton Hunt has now been charged with Section 1 of the Hunting Act 2004 and is due to appear at Scarborough Magistrates Court on 13th November.
Whipper-in Mark Baldwin was charged after a fox was killed by foxhounds at a Middleton Hunt meet on the 25th January 2023.
