The huntsman of the Lunesdale Foxhounds Ltd Paul Whitehead has been charged under Section 1 of the Hunting Act 2004 for an alleged incident that took place on the 18th February 2014 near Ingleton, North Yorkshire. Terrence Potter, Company director of the Lunesdale Foxhounds Ltd is being charged under Section 10 of the Hunting Act 2004 for the same incident. The case is based on evidence supplied by the League Against Cruel Sports and further investigations carried out by North Yorkshire police. Both hunt members are due to appear at Skipton Magistrates’ Court on the 19th September 2014.
