Charges of illegal hunting against Huntsman of the Royal Artillery Hunt Charles Carter have been dropped. He had appeared at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on 01/06/2022 where he pleaded not guilty to the charge of hunting a wild mammal with a dog, contrary to S1 Hunting Act 2004. The alleged offence took place last year on 30/10/2021 on land owned by the Ministry of Defence.
