Huntsman of the Royal Artillery Hunt Charles Carter has been charged with hunting a wild mammal with a dog, contrary to S1 Hunting Act 2004 and appeared at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on 01/06/2022 where he pleaded not guilty. The alleged offence took place last year on 30/10/2021 on land owned by the Ministry of Defence.
