A three-day trial has been set for Michael Francis Wills, huntsman of the Grafton Hunt, at Wellingborough Magistrates’ Court on the 20th and 21st May 2019 and at Northampton Magistrates’ Court on the 22nd May 2019. He had previously pleaded ‘not guilty’ to illegal fox hunting, contrary to S1 of the Hunting Act 2004 at an earlier hearing last year at Northampton Magistrates’ Court for an alleged incident that took place 23rd September 2017.
