The case management hearing relating to six members of the Lamerton Hunt being prosecuted by the League Against Cruel Sports for S1 Hunting Act offences was due to be heard on the 9th January 2015 at Torquay Magistrates’ Court but had to be adjourned until the 14th January. During the hearing on the 14th January the District Judge directed that the defence solicitor serve documents setting out the areas of factual dispute within each of the eye witness statements and serve their expert report by the 13th March. The case has been adjourned until the 1st April at Plymouth Magistrates’ Court.
